Gain Employees by Becoming a Worksite!
We are always in search of Employers to be a worksite! Reduce costs and increase staff by incorporating On-the-Job Training or a Work Experience participant. We have programs that are designed to reimburse Employers for a percentage of the costs of training a new hire. During training, employees are familiarized with the working environment they will become apart of and get a hands-on experience using machinery, equipment, tools, materials, etc. Upon satisfaction of completion of the training, the employer may retain participants as regular employees.
